MID-AMERICA PRECISION PRODUCTS ANNOUNCES

EXCLUSIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT

TO MANUFACTURE "PoleProp"

JOPLIN, MO - August 17, 2004 - Mid-America Precision Products, LLC (MAPP) and TRU 2 FORM VENTURES, INC. (T2FV) have entered into a multi-year agreement for MAPP to be the exclusive, worldwide license holder to manufacturer and distribute PoleProp products. T2FV is the creator of PoleProp and has a patent pending on the device.

PoleProp is a product designed for, and initially marketed to, the utility industry that will help improve efficiencies and lower costs for manual work performed on utility poles. PoleProp has applications outside the utility industry anywhere making work on poles or large pipes easier and more convenient is needed.

In making the announcement, Doug Wright, President and CEO of MAPP, stated, "This agreement between MAPP and T2FV and the opportunities it presents to both companies is very exciting. We believe the benefits derived by companies using a PoleProp will be immediate and wide reaching."

Mid-America Precision Products specializes in the manufacture of close-tolerance sheet metal fabrications, machined parts, and value-added assemblies for aerospace, telecommunications, heavy industry, and computer storage markets. TRU 2 FORM VENTURES, INC. specializes in the conceptual design and development of various mechanical products used to assist personnel in the workplace. The company is headquartered in Neosho, Missouri.
