INTO AGREEMENT

JOPLIN, MO – October 28, 2003 - Mid-America Precision Products, LLC (MAPP) and American Ramp Company (ARC) have entered into a multi-year agreement for MAPP to be the exclusive manufacturer and logistics provider for ARC’s steel skate parks and other metal related skate park products. The companies will team up to further enhance ARC’s competitive position in the skate park marketplace by utilizing MAPP’s manufacturing expertise and experience in managing large production projects.

Mid-America Precision Products specializes in the manufacture of close-tolerance sheet metal fabrications, machined parts, and value-added assemblies for aerospace, telecommunications, heavy industry, and computer storage markets. The company has four manufacturing locations in Joplin and one in Stella, Missouri.

American Ramp Company specializes in the delivery of skate parks built from various materials including powder-coated steel, Skatelite™, fiberglass, polyethylene, composites, Phenolics, and wood. ARC is responsible for installing several hundred custom skate parks around the world. The company is headquartered in Joplin, Missouri, and manages its 150 sales representatives scattered around the world from this location.
